Version 3.9.32.10 Release Notes
Release Date: 3/6/2026
Following is a summary of the updates included in the Tenmast Software release:
Occupancy & Rent Calculation
Requirements:
- Users were unable to add new participants to the FSS Case List due to an error in the system. This has been corrected. IR-124296
- The WT2 FSS Credit Worksheet has been updated so Box 5 now correctly displays and saves the Flat Rent amount when the tenant’s certification is based on Flat Rent, instead of reverting to the income-based TTP (Total Tenant Payment). For tenants using income-based TTP, Box 5 continues to show TTP as expected, ensuring accurate FSS calculations and reporting for both rent types. (IR-127060)
- The maximum annual income and adjusted annual income warning messages will not longer appear if the amount is over $99,999.99. (IR-128490)
- In WT2, staff can now successfully enroll FSS participants who previously triggered errors before enrollment was saved. The participants can be added and enrolled in FSS without issues, and FSS Addendum Action code 08 can be created for each participation as expected, improving reliability of FSS enrollment processing. (IR-129234)
- Whenever a new admission occurs, the security deposit window will display the required amount. (IR-119671)
Inspections
Requirements:
- When users try to print or preview the HUD Inspection Form 52580 for inspections using the S8 NSPIRE protocol, the system shows Error -157: Cannot convert '<random numerical string>' to an integer (53018), preventing form generation. Since the 52580 form is invalid for NSPIRE, users should use the General Inspection Form for these inspections instead. (IR-129031)
Purchase Order
Requirements:
- Creating a Purchase Request from the Restock Feature will no longer change the Ship To warehouse on existing open Purchase Requests (IR-103368).
- The issue with the Blanket PO History and Details tabs, where users could not double-click a line item, use the scroll bars, or click any toolbar buttons, has been resolved. (IR 129200)
